The Artist Studio is an unusual concept when housed within a Cottage or Bed & Breakfast. 

The Studio is available to guests of the B&B or Cottage, when not otherwise occupied, at a rate of $10 per day.

Whatever its use, it can overflow to the porch.

It is available as an Artist Studio at a rate of $10 per hour (3 hr. minimum) which includes up to 8 people.

It is available for meetings, workshops, parties, small gatherings, etc. at $60 up to 3 hours and up to 20 people.  Add $1 per person over 20 people.  Add $10 per hour over 3 hours. 

The rental fee for the Studio is waived when the event is catered by the Artist Garden Cottage.  The minimum catering total is $120. 

We do breakfast buffets, boxed lunches or pre-ordered plated lunches.  We offer an array of appetizers (hot and cold) for special events, such as mixers or parties.  Please click on Menu at the Main Menu for a sample of what we offer.

 Tables and chairs are available for the many different uses of the Studio, at no additional charge. 

The Studio seats 24 to 32 people at tables and more if no tables are used.  If  tables and a  speaker are involved, 24 is a good number.  If over-flowing to the porch, 40-45 people.

The possibilities for use of the Studio are many and we try to be flexible in trying to meet the individual or group need.
